I had my eavestrough and leaf guard installed by MOHIT’s team. They did a thorough pre-installation inspection to confirm the job specification on the requisition. They were courteous, friendly and assured me that they are going to do an excellent job. The job was done in a timely manner, neat and including splash guards that I wasn’t expecting. As requested, they provided me with a video of the finished job. I had Home Service Solutions installed our eavestrough a few days ago. Other than the communication of their scheduling department (customer service?) confusing at times, overall I was pleased with their service - courteous, professional and conscientious as reflected by two of their installation crews, particularly their leads. The first crew was led by Gibson. They took out our old eavestrough and installed the new one. After they finished the installation and as Gibson walked me through their work around the house, he made it a point to alert us his concern of our neighbour’s fir trees that hover over our eavestrough, questioned if the single-layer gutter guard that they just installed along with our new eavestrough could handle the tiny needles fell from the fir trees, and wondered if we should have the double-layer gutter guard installed instead. That led us to contact our sales representative Ryan right away as we understood from him that the double-layered guard was part of the plan. To our satisfaction, Ryan promptly attended to the matter (even though by the time we contacted him it was almost 8 p.m.), rectified the issue, and sincerely apologized for having entered the wrong code, all within an hour of contacting him. This resulted in a second crew (led by Mohit) coming a couple of weeks later to re-install the eavestrough with the double-layered guard. The crew worked from roughly 1:00 until 7:30. Even in a hot and humid summer day, I find the crew diligent and not skimming over any details, for example, I noticed one crew member carefully using a level to check his installation repeatedly, or another meticulously checking with a metal detector for any loose nails and metals that may still be lying around the house as they were wrapping their work. The finished work reflects their professionalism, respect for their job, and that my concerns (expressed to them prior to beginning their work) have all been diligently attended to. Although time will tell if the quality of the eavestrough and workmanship will hold up over time, the two crews’ work ethics already gave me confidence for its long-term prospect!
