“An incredible job from Home Service Solutions!!! We had a 1st contractor who wanted full payment upfront, 2nd contractor disappeared… until my mom went on a walk in the neighbourhood and saw workers from HSS 3 houses down.She told them she needed our eavestrough replaced and handed them our number. The office reached out to her, and we had an exterior specialist - Riley Bachan come over the next day! He was so easy to talk to, friendly and professional. He gave us multiple options that worked best for us in regards to materials, price, and timeline of completed work. I was in awe of the rate we got (within budget), how incredibly flexible they were with receiving payment (we worked out paying them in full after the job), and that they could start/complete the job “by tomorrow” if we wanted (we’ve been without an eavestrough since Feb 14th)! We told Riley they were an answered prayer, yet this was exceedingly more than we could have asked for (Ephesians 3:20)! They were not able to come the next day (as we were told they would try to fit us in since they were completing other jobs in the area), however, the office had an incredible amount of open communication with us, so that we didn’t need to follow up with them, but they reached out to us! Then we had Calvin, Tim, and Matt come the following day. We had a fallen eavestrough due to ice damming (first two photos). We needed wood struts, soffit work, fascia capping, a gutter, and a down spout installed. The men came exactly within the estimated time frame we were given, they were courteous, and hard working! Their truck/van was loaded with all sorts of required equipment. I could see they were giving quality effort by doing each task attentively (not rushed), and effectively by taking measurements. They even cleaned up all materials and residue leaving the place looking spotless and the home as if ice damming never happened! My mom asked them if they had a lawn sign! That’s how pleased we were with the whole process. From her initial walk, start to finish, it only took a few days! They were God sent, we are grateful! Thank you!!!

“Bella came by to ask if I needed gutter work done. Since I do, we chatted about it .Bella was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The Home Service Solution crew, Matt, Calvyn, and Tim came by today to install leaf guards on my eaves. They answered my questions, completed the job in good time, and showed me before and after pictures of my gutters and the newly installed guards. They did a great job!
