The Call Centre Representative answers questions or requests from customers or the public. They are there to help resolve any problems the customer or fellow teammates may have. These can include answering phone calls, emails, live chat, social media, excel, and other backend administrative tasks. They will be one of the faces of the company, and the first person customers speak to when inquiring.

What Does The Call Centre Representative do?

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, online chat, in-person, social media
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints
  • Respond to questions
  • Receive payments
  • Setup and resolve problems with customer accounts
  • Handle inquiries about services
  • Verify customers through our customer management system
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Engage with customers
  • Direct unresolved issues to a different department if needed
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments
  • Provide customers with information on any open orders and invoices
  • Maintain customer database
  • Follow company processes accurately and efficiently
  • Sell services over the phone
  • Scheduling installations
  • Administrative tasks using excel and other software programs

Education, Experience, and Language:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service
  • Call center Experience

Salary: From $16.00 per hour, plus bonus incentives
